Fantastic Service from Start to Finish of Purchase

This was my mums first time buying a car, we visited StClements Cars and spoke with Nic and his lovely boys, who couldn’t be anymore helpful if they tried. We had spotted a car that we liked, it had only just come in so wasn’t on the forecourt yet. We discussed price and a possible trade in for our car, he was very honest, we had a lot of questions about how to do things, and where to start, he was just amazing… he helped us do nearly everything we needed to do to trade in our car and buy the one we liked. I honestly can’t praise him enough, he made my mum feel at ease and reassured her constantly, he put the vehicle straight in for a Mot, which passed with minor advisories. It’s so difficult to trust anyone these days, but he gave us hope. I will definitely be going back again when I need to change my vehicle. The car was a great price as we had been doing some research, and it was high spec. We absolutely love it, and would like to thank Nic and his Family for such an amazing, stress less experience. Great experience from start to finish. Could tell that these guys get a lot of tyre kickers but they realised quick enough I was a serious buyer. 2 & 1/2 hour journey for me and upon arrival, greeted straight away and immediately offered space to take a good look over the car, happy answer any questions I had etc. I had put a deposit down earlier in the week and the car had been moved indoors which I really appreciated! Given the keys for a test drive, everything as described! I am very grateful to the guys for their complete honesty and transparency about the car as id driven a long way and been let down by dealers local to me. Would absolutely recommend buying from these guys, its very visible that cars are a passion to them and not just a profit.

We purchased a jaguar FXS from St Clement cars. Very pleased as the car was in excellent condition, good price. Couldn't fault the service we received. We wouldn't hesitate in purchasing a car from them again. Such a shame none customers are leaving negative reviews. Very childish.

Where do I start? Fantastic from start to finish. Collected my Jag XF 2 months ago. Was described well and very reasonably priced. 2600 miles done so far and love it Recommend to anyone!

A rare honest car dealer

The first time I bought a car from St.Clements was 8 years ago. Nick was very easy to deal with, very accomodating and honest. A couple of days after the purchase there was a problem so I called in on the way to work. Nick gave me the keys to another car to get me on my way and the problem was sorted by the time I returned from work.8 years later that car finally bit the dust so I returned to Nick.It says something about Nick that he's still in business. A genuine bloke who will do as much as possible to help and give excellent service. Absolutely would go back again and again.

Better than expected.

The car was as described and probably better than I could have hoped for. After seeing some other cars more local to me, which were either, poor condition or lacking in 'spec,' this was worth the trip. Nick was easy to do business with and there was no messing around - the video 'walk around' was helpful too. The car lot doesn't have the best 'kerb appeal' but don't let that put you off if the car is 'right' and the sale is honest.

I drove 3 hours for this purchase and I’m very happy with my new van , drives perfectly , whole process was smooth and Nick was very pleasant person. Thank you 💃🚐

Hassle free experience

Having read some negative reviews I thought I’d do my research myself. Having looked on Autotrader they have 5 stars which are verified so I thought I’d give them a go! I seen the car advertised on Autotrader and called to arrange a viewing. I could only do out of their hours due to work but Nick said there was no problem with this. First impressions of the car were good, very clean inside and out. I was handed the Keys with no pushy sales talk and given a test drive on my own which I liked as I felt under no pressure.I decided to take the car after being offered a decent deal including Warranty and collected 2 days later. I have now had the car for 2 weeks and really enjoying my new car, thanks Nick and I will definitely recommend to others.

The car was advertised on Auto trader with around 30 pictures but you can never really tell the condition by these so I phoned and asked for a video. I spoke with the owner Nick and he made me a video and sent it to me. Arranged to see the car and it was certainly as described if not better! I had some Finance on the car through a reputable company and was also given 6 months Warranty. I have had the car for 6 weeks now and very happy with my purchase. Thanks Nick keep up the good work

Great Experience.

Great Experience nice easy transaction.I see the car on Autotrader and called the garage for details. I spoke with Nick who described the condition of the car, I was happy to leave a deposit subject to viewing.On arrival the car was very well presented and better than described!! Really Happy with my new Jag XF and will recommend to others.

Quality Cars with a professional service.

If all used car dealers we're as open and as honest as Nick it would be a perfect world.From first contact right through to driving away was first class experience. The car needed a new battery which was put on without any excuses to try and get out of it. After a few days of owning the car I discovered that the Aircon was not working down to hole in the condenser, again Nick is taking care of it and the car is booked into the garage he uses to have it repaired. Thank you Nick for not living up to the Arthur Daley impression that people have of used car salesman. If anyone of my friend or family are looking for a used car I will be sending them to St Clements Cars in summary quality car with a first class after sales service.
